1. How do I find wines on your website?

To look for a specific wine, you will need to enter the full name of the wine that you are after on the Wine Search bar on the left panel which appears on all the pages.

If you are unsure about the name of the wine, you can search for wines through our Wine Selector section which appears on the left panel, on all the pages. Using that, you can search for wines by wine type, price and region. Select your preferred variety, region and price range and the website will pull up all the products that matches your request. Alternatively, we suggest selecting White, Red or Sparkling under Wine Type as it will bring up a comprehensive list of all the products that we carry in those categories.

For wines on specials, refer to our Home page or Wine Shop page. If would like to order a specific wine that you cannot find on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us at Freecall: 1800 64 9463 (WINE).

2. I would like to register on your website. How do I do that?

We only take customers' details when they make a purchase on our website. If you would like to register as a Wine Club member, you will need to sign up with our Wine Club which you can do so by purchasing a Membership Qualifying dozen.
