Of course you can! If you would like to purchase a wine that is not listed on our website, the process is very simple. Just call our Freecall number at 1800 64 WINE (9463) (AEST 9.00am to 5.30pm) and we would be most happy to assist you.

2. How do I know what wines will be coming with each Wine Club delivery?

Premium Wines Direct chooses from a selection of wines from the hundred wineries we have access to, and this happens in the month prior to despatch.  Our tasting panel will appraise and then select what they feel represents the best quality and value, ensuring varietal balance is preserved. We are sure that you will enjoy our selection for you as much as we enjoy picking them. The wines will come accompanied with tasting notes, cellaring suggestions as well as food and wine combinations. Have a fine time quaffing down the wines!

3. The product delivered to me is faulty, what do I do?

As mentioned in our Wine Shop, we only sell wines that we approve and therefore you will notice that most of the wines have a rating of 4 or 5.
