In 1893 four pioneers came together to establish what is known today as Leasingham Wines. The four enterprising men were Joseph Knappstein, a merchant, Dr. O. Wein-Smith, a medical practitioner of Clare, Magnus Badger, a solicitor and John Cristion, a noted brewer. Located in the picturesque Clare Valley, which is nestled in the folds of the Mount Lofty Ranges, the winery has been an integral part of the Clare Valley for over 100 years.

Lindemans wines have a proud tradition of winning awards both in Australia and overseas. It was founded by Dr. Henry John Lindeman, a British Navy Surgeon and his wife, Eliza Brammall. They built a homestead near Gresford in NSW and called it Cawarra which in local aboriginal dialect means 'beside running water'. Dr. Lindeman planted the first grape vines on the flats by the Paterson River . Since then, Lindemans has a proud tradition of producing some of the finest wines around.

U is sourced from a large underground aquifer and has been carbon dated to be over 1800 years old. U is BioGro certified Organic meaning it is all natural, as nature intended it. U is untouched by man until the seal is broken on the bottle. U is Super Soft and very smooth tasting with a natural pH of 7.2 to help fight acidic diets.

Longview Vineyard is just south of the historic township of Macclesfield in the Adelaide Hills, about 40 minutes south-east of the city of Adelaide. Since its early days as one of the area's largest dairy farms, Longview has now been meticulously restored and developed into one of South Australia's premium wine tourism destinations.

Located in the Upper Goulburn GI (formerly known as Central Victorian High Country) is an area of land traditionally called ‘Valley of the Thousand Hills’. Planted here, across 15 acres of natural amphitheatres are the vineyards of Lost Valley. Devoted to four varieties these vineyards yield a total of just 4000 cases annually. Hand pruning, leaf plucking, bunch thinning, hand picking; the utmost care is taken to produce the pristine, high quality fruit.
